Awesome video! It’s crazy how a 4-5lb trout is such a nice catch but that +9lb big girl almost made them look “small”. Congrats on the catch of a lifetime!

I like to make ceviche out of a couple fillets to snack on while frying the rest. Started mixing Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning in with the breading and it comes out fantastic
