A warm neck gaiter is nice for driving makes it easier to breathe but some jackets also do a good job of this if they have a big collar. I’ve also heard ski goggles are nice I’m gonna try it this year

Depends what you wanna do. Fishing out of the boat id go to POC theres lots of areas you can drift in clean water and sight cast them there’s just a lot more people there and sometimes the fish will shut down because of all the boat traffic. During the week is better
