I'm living that amber lens Costa life myself.  At lease I was until yesterday when they hit the floor and cracked like an egg.

Years ago I would go there and stayed at a couple of lodges.  Always smashed them on paddle tails.

I have an Engel.  I like it.  For food and drinks I use Yeti soft bag coolers to keep it easy and light.

HI Larry.  Thank you for the reply.  Yes, that is pretty much what we found.  We fished the incoming tide and caught fish right as it started to come in.  A couple of slot reds and a few trout 16"-19" long.  Along with quite a few smaller fish, drum, and sheepshead mixed in.  Once we got about an hour before the tide topped out it shut down.  Heavy! Heavy! Boat traffic on Saturday.

MEDICMAN Congratulations

I just bought one about 9 months ago.   I can't think of much to watch out for.  One thing  is I don't like the scuppers in the back.  I am a little hefty and when I stand on one corner I will get some water back through the hole.  Mostly happens when we both stand on each corner.  I love mine.  It will float in spit.  Fishes bigger 18' for sure.  Plenty of storage.  I have two power poles which is nice when dealing with the barges.  But, they do get in the way when they are up.  I have the Mercury 115, it is not particularly fast.  Maxes out at about 35 mph when wind and waves allow.  I am in no way an expert on how to get it up and going fast.  I think it tends to plow a bit a low speeds.  But, could be my inexperience.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I can try to help.
