Looking for recommendations for an aluminum welder in the Rockport Area. I need some work done on my leaning post.

I would love to have some kind of insane story to share but nope! Power-Poled down today at the speed of the current and SNAP…total knuckle failure on my Blade. That’s the bad news, the good news and a huge shout out to Chris’s Marine in Aransas Pass! They had the part, were courteous and professional, I picked it up, took me 20 minutes to install and back up running!!

Fished Baffin this morning. Friend of mine in our group landed this gal. Little under 7lbs according to the Boga. Found them on or near the bottom using soft plastics. Tried the Corky, but the floating grass was ridiculous. Incredible weather today! I refuse to look at the forecast for this coming week.

Baffin (Laureles Shorline). Did good on reds. Lots of small trout. Overall great day! Oh the fish pics? Yeah, we suck at taking pics in the water.
