Great one here. Do you find that on a harder south wind some of those drains will present a “false” outgoing tide and cause them to fish the same and if so how hard of a wind do you feel it might take to create that effect? Talking middle coast here
This might be a stupid question but I’m going to ask! Does the tide in east matagorda and Colorado River run opposite of west matagorda bay? IE when one is rising the other is falling and if so what causes that? Thanks
Have yall found that up sizing to a bigger presentation such as a long soft plastic seems to draw more bites on those slower cold days or is it still a better option to down size?
What makes you switch from a tail to a corkie? It seems I have more success fishing a tail. Maybe I’m just not giving the corkie enough time to develop.
The river fishing video had some great tips that paid dividends today! Lots of fish in the 2-3 pound range then this big 7pounder came out of no where happy to her though! She swam of strong! She hit a coastal brew dart
