I am wondering if anyone knows what this north wind will do for the north shore of east matagorda bay. I’m not sure if Friday I should target some areas on the south shore or if the north shore is a better bet. Not looking for spots more so trying to learn how different winds make the water clarity behave in that bay.

Been a great week throwing tails doing everything from wading to fishing the river to drifting birds to fishing back lakes it’s all been good! Got to love the fall!

This might be a stupid question but I’m going to ask! Does the tide in east matagorda and Colorado River run opposite of west matagorda bay? IE when one is rising the other is falling and if so what causes that? Thanks

The river fishing video had some great tips that paid dividends today! Lots of fish in the 2-3 pound range then this big 7pounder came out of no where happy to her though! She swam of strong! She hit a coastal brew dart
