If you can drive to Port Mansfield, I'd park at the public piers on the north side of town and wade the west shoreline. It's a good bottom and you can catch trout and redfish out there. Good luck!

That is an insane amount of juvenile menhaden! Matching the hatch will work, but other times, throwing a larger topwater or bright colored soft plastic helps it stand out amongst the masses of baitfish.
