Headed to east bay next week, I've never fished it before so I was hoping to get some insight on that area

Gotta question on hooks. I've been replacing some rusted hooks and began searching different hook styles. Can anyone explain the difference between O'SHAUGHNESSY hooks vs say rapala? Is there an advantage of one vs the other?
