RossBoss it’s about 18-20lbs lighter. And the head is much lighter so it seems a lot more secure while stowed and running. In my previous trolling motors I always tied down the head when running in a chop to make sure it didn’t deploy while running in a chop. Unless this power pole move trolling motor eventually loosens up, I don’t think I’ll ever need it to tie it down.

Too bad it wasn’t rolling yesterday when he had a close call on a sandbar. That would have been fun to watch 😂

Lord knows I’ve had my distractions the last few months and the weather hasn’t done us any favors. But we’re energized, focused, and determined to only improve on what we’re doing 👍

I’ve been nothing but impressed with this thing. I almost got one on my last boat but just wasn’t quite ready to make the switch. I wish I would have bought one sooner
