Nice weekend had a great day Saturday- the tide was up high but paddled back as far as I could get and found several reds tailing. Haven’t been able to kayak fish in a while but noticed that the shrimp popping around were a lot bigger in size. Got to enjoy an Aggie win afterwards and even the Texans somehow managed to get a W!
Trying to see if there’s 10-12 anglers that would like to take part and book a 3 day trip down to the chandelier islands and fish off one of these mother ships. I know a few of us discussed this at the feeding frenzy this past Saturday.

Great Day in POC with the GodFather aka Scott Null & Mike jones on his Sabine skiff first time experiencing that which I totally recommend trying only problem was the tide was to high they were mainly hiding in the mangroves & tall grass couldn’t get to them did see two school wasn’t able to get any but Mike sure did I was able to get one rat red on my Sarge TheBoss rod with saltyhundo bates reel with 6th sense wake bait live croaker model 🎣🤙🏼
